Dear Mrs. Tapia
Han transcurrido diez semanas del semestre 2011-2 de nivel I de la materia de inglés, Quiero pedirle la autorización para estar en su clase, para demostrarle en el resto de las semanas que quedan de clases que cumplo con mis tareas a tiempo y soy igual de respetuosa. Ya que también me ha gustado como da su clase y me gustaría seguir con Ud. lo que resta del curso.
Nunca eh tomado cursos fuera de la escuela solamente he tenido los tres años de la secundaria y dos de la preparatoria. Me gustaría seguir aprendiendo un poco más con usted.

Expectativas para este semestre y Vestimenta
Expectativas:
*Mis expectativas de la clase de inglés primer nivel Agosto-Diciembre son cumplir con todas las tareas, trabajos en clases y con todas las asistencias ya que quiero tener buenas calificaciones en este semestre que es lo más importante para mí salir bien y también ir aprendiendo poco a poco lo básico de ingles.
También quiero llevármela bien con mis compañeros ya que con ellos pasare 6 niveles de inglés.
Echare muchas ganas.
*No me gustaría reprobar ningún nivel de inglés ya que esto me atrasaría mucho, tampoco quisiera que la clase fuera muy aburrida y no lograr llevármela bien con mis compañeros ni tener una buena comunicación con mi maestra.
VESTIMENTA PARA UNA CITA DE TRABAJO
La primera impresión ante la gente es la que mas cuenta ya que la imagen es la que habla por usted.
1. Para hombre un traje de corte clásico y de color discreto para la entrevista lo mejor son los colores fríos como toda la gama de grises, azules oscuros y colores tierra. Para las mujeres un vestido o traje de chaqueta también de corte clásico, si se utiliza falda que no sea arriba de la rodilla ni muy abierta, y no descotes.
2. La corbata, también lisa o con pequeños detalles o estampados. Las mujeres pañuelo al cuello o algún detalle similar no muy llamativo.
3. Los zapatos de corte clásico, y preferiblemente color oscuro, a juego con el traje y de cordones. Las señoras, zapatos bajos o de medio tacón.
4. Evitar, cadenas, anillos, y otros elementos que den una mala impresión de Usted. Las mujeres lo más básico que puedan, sin lucir muchas joyas o complementos.
5. El pelo arreglado, la ropa bien planchada, y cuide su higiene personal (uñas y dientes limpios, poco maquillaje, etc.)
6. Si tienes algún tatuaje ya sea en el brazo cubrirlo con una camisa de manga larga para que este no se mire.

REGLAMENTO INTERNO DEL CENTRO DE IDIOMAS

*to complete 15 squares per week
*to take care of computer equipment
*to place the chair back in its place
*to place the headphone on the right upper corner

Reglamento interno del Centro de Idiomas
1.-Asistencia y retardos
a) Enfermedades del alumno, solo si entrega una receta (Dr. de la institución) No se aceptan recetas de otros doctores.
b) Fallecimientos de un familiar. El grupo entero no faltar a clases.
c) Emergencias comprobables. Solo en casos especiales.
2.- Con base al reglamento el alumno deberá asistir el 80% de las clases para tener derecho a examen.
a) El alumno no tendrá derecho a examen si se tiene tres faltas injustificadas en una unidad.
b) El alumno no tendrá derecho a examen global final si acumula 8 faltas injustificadas en ese periodo.
c) Los exámenes serán aplicados únicamente los días señalados por la maestra.
d) Los alumnos que participen en actividades extraescolares deberá presentar un oficio firmado por el maestro encargado por la lista de los alumnos que no asistirán a clases para participar en dicho evento. Debe entregar el documento antes de evento.
e) Si el alumno no cumple con el 80% de asistencia, no tendrá derecho a examen de regularización. Reprobara el curso.
f) Cuando el alumno tenga dos exámenes reprobados no pasara el nivel ya que no tendrá derecho a examen de regularización.
g) Los alumnos que asistan a clases con condiciones especiales es indispensable asistencia para poder pasar el nivel.
3.- Sera considerado retardo si llegas tarde
a) 5 minutos después de la hora
b) Tres retardos equivalen a una falta. No se justifica el retardo si el maestro de la clase anterior los detiene después de la hora.
C) El alumno tiene derecho a reportar al maestro que llegue tarde.
Reglas establecidas por el docente:
Se tiene que llevar el libro de texto, no usar gorra en aula , el celular debe de estar apagado , se tiene que ser puntual , se permiten sólo 2 falta por unidad , no desprender hojas del cuaderno y evitar burlas dentro del aula.
Reglas de la institución:

No se deben de hacer daño a los empleados que trabajen en el instituto superior de cananea ni a la escuela y a los alumnos.
La alteración de documentos oficiales.
Causar daños o perjuicios a los bienes de la institución o apoderarse de ellas.
Sanciones
Baja definitiva del Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Cananea
Baja definitiva del sistema nacional de institutos tecnológicos
Las sanciones anteriores serán aplicadas por la dirección del Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Cananea
En caso de delitos que ocurran dentro del I.T.S.C y que caigan bajo la sanción de códigos penales el plantel levantara actas correspondientes.
